Hi my name is Simone, I am a PBS Clinician at Lancaster Consulting Australia. Over the last 17 years, I have gained a broad skill set and experience working within therapeutic, operational, and quality improvement roles within the disability sector. I have a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology and a Masters in Health and Human Services.
I have been fortunate to have gained opportunities to work and learn from some of the most vulnerable and marginalised individuals within our community and have developed a strong passion and drive to gain a deeper understanding of the individuals, their families, and broader support network, and to push for systemic change within the disability sector.
When I am not supporting individuals to live their best lives and achieve their goals, I can often be found in the kitchen baking, walking the dogs, in the sun, and spending time with my family and friends.
