Hi! I am a Specialist Support Coordinator with LCA, starting in January, 2024. My background is originally in psychology, and I have spent the last 10 years working in various roles within the NDIS framework; the last five being in support coordination.
Prior to that, I have worked with groups and individuals in the community services and disability sector. I have always been driven to work in areas where I feel I can have a positive impact on other people’s lives, and Lancaster Consulting is a perfect place to do that!
When I am not at work, I spend my time being the loudest basketball coach in the southern hemisphere! I have worked with players and coaches of all ages and levels for the last 25 years, and especially love seeing people grow and develop, both on and off the court.
