Kayla Barraza

With over 11 years of experience in the disability, social work, and youth work sectors, I bring a deep commitment to supporting individuals and advocating for their independence and wellbeing. Currently, I work as a Specialist Support Coordinator with LCA, where I assist participants in navigating complex needs and accessing the right supports to achieve their goals. As a first-generation Australian and the daughter of immigrant Chilean parents, I bring a strong sense of cultural understanding, resilience, and empathy to my work. I’m passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives through person-centred, inclusive, and empowering support.
