As the Business Manager at Lancaster Consulting Australia, I oversee the organisation’s ‘back of house’, supporting our teams to achieve our mission, to improve quality of life for all. Being in the role since 2021, I’ve enjoyed working with colleagues who value making a difference in people’s lives and leading change.
I’ve worked alongside people with disabilities, their families and carers for over 30 years in outreach, case management, training, advocacy and leadership roles. A role I enjoyed most was setting up an in-home family behaviour support program and developing best practice frameworks.
When I started in the sector I wanted to create opportunities for people to live their lives in the way they choose. I am happy to provide organisational support to LCA to achieve this vision. I have a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science), a Graduate Diploma (Disability Studies) and when the NDIS came along I returned to study to complete a Masters in Business Administration.
When not working I’m playing with my dog, Bundy, and learning to paint.
