I joined Lancaster Consulting Australia in 2026 as Operations Manager, supporting our front-line staff and the systems behind excellent service delivery.
I’ve spent the last decade in human services, across government, non-government and clinical settings, mostly supporting people with complex needs where a multi-sector response is required. These days my work is quality, governance, and helping teams do their jobs well through clear communication and robust process.
What excites me is how ordinary this work is. A good process is a form of compassion: it carries some of the load that would otherwise sit on individual people, which means we can ask staff to be human rather than heroic. That isn’t glamorous, but it shows up in someone’s day as better support, or a staff member growing into the practitioner they want to be.
Away from work you’ll find me with my family at the beach, with a book by the fire, or halfway through a project I probably didn’t need to start.
