Hi, my name is Brandon, I am a Positive Behaviour Support Clinician and have been working with Lancaster Consulting Australia since December 2022. My previous roles have included Positive Behaviour Support and support work, where I have worked with people with complex behaviour needs for 10 years. As a support worker I noticed a gap in people being able to communicate their needs and wants with those around them which led me to pursuing a career path where I could help those that needed this extra support.
I have a Diploma of Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree in Paramedic Practice, but after discovering my passion for supporting those with disabilities, I have completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support.
Outside of work, I love watching AFL and support Collingwood. I enjoy going to F45 classes and love going to cafes to enjoy a good coffee.
