The Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 sets out the freedoms, rights and responsibilities of all Victorians. It recognises that “all people are born free and equal in dignity and rights”. Lancaster Consulting Australia observes human rights in relation to freedom, respect, equality and dignity as set out in the Victorian Charter of Human Rights. This encompasses all aspects of our day-to-day operations.
