Kym Harris

I am a Positive Behaviour Support Clinician at Lancaster Consulting Australia. I have more than 36 years’ experience in the disability sector in a variety of government and non-government roles, which has been nearly my whole working life! I’ve undertaken a variety of study streams across the disability and mental health sectors, including a Bachelor in Disability Studies and continuing studies at every opportunity. My experience within the disability and mental health sector ranges across many roles including Specialist/Support Coordination, numerous levels of Management roles, teaching/learning and development areas including tertiary settings and Human Resources. My passion is to support people to live a life they value and support individuals to grow and develop in all facets of their life. When I’m not at work you can find me kayaking down a river or in the ocean or, on an e-bike exploring some of the great trail rides we have across our amazing landscapes.
