I have been a Specialist Support Coordinator at Lancaster Consulting Australia since 2021. I have worked in the disability sector for the past 7 years in direct support and day service coordination prior to landing in a Specialist Support Coordination role. Having studied a Bachelor in Psychological Science and a Masters in Social Work, I am passionate about understanding people’s stories and building genuine connections with people I support.
This has driven me to provide personalised and collaborative support for people to overcome any barriers and to access the right services that meet their individual needs and goals that ultimately enhance their quality of life.
When I am not at work, I will be either busy cooking or trying out any newly opened restaurants in Melbourne.
