I am the Accounts and Billing Lead at Lancaster Consulting Australia, having started as a Support Coordinator 6 years ago. Prior to joining what was at the time a very small team I spent several years working in secondary schools supporting students with disability, after completing a teaching degree.
Working in our Organisation Support team, we look to ensure that everyone encountering LCA has as positive an experience as possible and is positioned to receive the support they need whether they are NDIS participants and their families, other service providers or related agencies. And yes, this involves a lot of spreadsheets!
Life away from work for my wife and I is crammed with excursions to sport related events for our two teenage boys. We are otherwise entertained by the cuddliest chocolate Lab on planet Earth.
