I have worked as a Specialist Support Coordinator at Lancaster Consulting Australia since 2022. I am passionate about delivering positive support through the understanding that we are all deserving of basic human rights and equality, as important relevant members of society.
I have worked within the Disability and Community Services sector as a Speech Pathologist Aide for 5 years and more recently providing coordination and direct support within the NDIS in a variety of roles, primarily working in coordination and with people with a Mental Health condition. Before commencing work in disability, I co-directed a car company, which involved wearing the many hats of business, while raising a large family and being connected with non-profit organisations within my community.
I have a Bachelor’s degree, a Diploma in Community Services and many other smaller certificates, that allows me to navigate the complexity of the Disability and Mental Health sector.
When not at work, you will find me with my children, grandchildren and friends out and about enjoying all that Melbourne has to offer.
