Maurice (Moe) Clayton

PBS Clinician
Behaviour Support Team

I’ve been employed by Lancaster Consulting Australia since 2021 as a Behaviour Support Clinician.    Previously I have held positions in the Disability, Youth Work and Indigenous Education sectors in various roles over the last 10 years.  I have completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Majoring in Psychology & People, Society and Disability) and am completing my Master of Social Work (Albeit rather slowly).  I strongly believe in building genuine partnerships with the people I support to bring about real change.  I firmly believe in holistic practice and finding out the ‘why’ or purpose to promote people’s quality of life through positive behaviour support practices.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my energetic border collie, Indigo-Rose, playing cricket and watching live music.  In the colder months, I enjoy wasting my time watching the Essendon football club (it’s a love-hate relationship!).
