Maurice has been working in the Disability, Youth Work and Education sectors in various roles for the past 7 years. He has held positions as a support worker and as a house supervisor in SIL settings. He has also worked in a community liaison/youth work role within an Indigenous Australian education setting, grounded in person centred learning, positive behaviour support and trauma informed practices. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science (Majoring in Psychology & People, Society and Disability) and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Maurice is a strong believer in positive change through person centred practices and building genuine partnerships with those he supports.
