I am the Quality Development Manager. This means I look at the NDIS and other rules and help us put them into practice in a way that works for our values and philosophy, and our clients’ goals. You might speak to me if you have feedback about your services or if we are asking for your assistance to improve our services.
I have been at Lancaster Consulting Australia since 2016, you might have known me in my previous role as the Support Coordination Manager. I moved into this role to be more involved in helping the organisation, and the entire sector provide the best services and embed the PBS philosophy. To do this I pull on my 25 years working in Disability and Community Services, and my qualifications in Business, Disability Studies and Community Development. Outside of work I live in a house of noisy neurodiverse boys and being slightly sensory avoidant to sound, the LCA office is my calm, quiet place!
